Special Events Canceled

This is the headline being read by Americans in nearly every city and state, "City Cancels Special Events". The "Great Recession" has caused many cities, towns, and villages to slash their special event budgets or completely eliminate their events, events that are very important as they help build a sense of community. Blazing Star Cinema believes that building a Strong Community is a vital aspect of any recovery, a person must feel as if they are a part of something, that they belong.
